Sustainability Training
Role-specific capability building. Procurement, finance, ops and leadership each get the version of sustainability that changes their decisions.
Who it is for: Teams who already have a target and now need the people who will actually deliver it to know how.
The problem
The problem
Generic sustainability training gets good feedback scores and changes nothing, because the person who buys packaging and the person who signs the capital budget need entirely different skills. Capability has to be specific to the decision someone actually makes.
How we work it
Think → Believe → Create
We map the decisions inside your organisation that carry the carbon and the risk, and work backwards to the people making them.
Each module is piloted with a real team on a real decision in-flight. If it does not change the decision, it does not make the final programme.
A rolled-out curriculum with assessment, refresher cadence and a competency framework you can put into performance reviews.
Formats
- Four standard open sessions a year, bookable by the seat
- Monthly public webinars
- In-house role-specific modules
- Board and executive briefings
Outcomes
- Competency framework mapped to real decisions
- Assessed, evidenced capability rather than attendance records
- Internal facilitators able to run the programme themselves
Open seats are priced per person. In-house programmes typically run from $12k to $40k depending on cohort size.

Sustainability Strategy
A strategy built on a theory of change, tested before launch, with the assumptions written down where everyone can see them.
Ready to think it through properly?
