Privacy and data policy

Transparency is one of our values, so here is exactly what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how you get it back or deleted.

Who is responsible

Think Believe Create (“TBC”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at hello@think-believe-create.com.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form: your name, organisation (optional), email address, the topic you selected and the message you write.
  • Consent record: the fact that you ticked the consent box, the time you did it and the exact wording you agreed to.
  • Human verification: a short arithmetic check to stop automated spam. It is not stored with your enquiry.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

Why, and on what legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent (UK/EU GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and, once a project conversation begins, to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We use it only to reply to you and to scope the work you asked about. We never sell it or share it for marketing.

Where it is stored and for how long

Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled managed database, encrypted in transit and at rest, reachable only by the practitioner responding to you. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted 24 months after submission at the latest, and sooner on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw your consent at any time — withdrawing does not affect processing already carried out. Email hello@think-believe-create.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your national data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Cookies

See our cookie policy — the short version is that we use no tracking cookies at all.
